These terms govern your use of pocmanagementconsultancy.com and the paid consultation offered on it. They are entered into with POC Management Consultancy ("POC", "we"), Makati City, Philippines, led by Precious Ordillas Clavo, CPA (PRC Licence No. 0139468).

1. What the website is

The website describes POC's services and lets you send an inquiry, book a consultation, and generate a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Nothing on the website is advice for your specific situation. Information is provided for general orientation; it is sourced and dated where stated, and may change as laws and issuances change.

2. The consultation

A consultation is a 30-minute video call with a Certified Public Accountant. The fee is US$250, paid through PayPal at the time of booking. Your slot is confirmed only once payment is received. The consultation is guidance based on the facts you share on the call; it is not a formal opinion, a filing, or a representation before any government agency, and no document is submitted on your behalf as a result of the call.

3. Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds

  • You may reschedule once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours' notice (Philippine time, GMT+8). A second reschedule, or one made with less notice, is treated as a cancellation.
  • Cancel with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund to your original payment method, processed within five business days. Cancellations with less notice, and missed calls, are not refunded.
  • If POC cancels, you may choose a new time or a full refund.
  • The call ends at its scheduled time regardless of when you join.

4. Credit against engagement

If you engage POC for any service within 30 days of your consultation, the full consultation fee is deducted from your first invoice.

5. Engagements

Any service beyond the consultation begins only when both parties sign an engagement letter setting out scope, fees, timing and responsibilities. Philippine-registered companies may request an invoice for the consultation instead of paying through PayPal, so that tax withholding can be applied; email us or use the inquiry form.

6. Non-disclosure agreement

The NDA generated on this site is a mutual agreement pre-signed by POC's founder. It takes effect when you complete the signature block by typing your full name and confirming. The agreement, its reference number and time stamp are recorded by POC. Electronic signatures are valid under the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (Republic Act No. 8792).

7. Professional standards and independence

POC's work is governed by the Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants in the Philippines and the rules of the Board of Accountancy. Where POC or its founder has a relationship that could impair independence for an audit engagement, we will say so and decline or refer the work.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, POC's liability arising from the consultation is limited to the fee paid for it. POC is not liable for decisions you take on the basis of general information on this website without an engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.

9. Intellectual property

The website's content, structure and branding belong to POC. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Documents prepared for you under an engagement are yours to use for the purpose they were prepared for.

10. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our privacy notice.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of Makati City.
