What people ask us first

If you're guessing at the rules, who's running the business?

"Can I own 100% of my Philippine company?"
Depends on the activity. We check yours against the current Foreign Investment Negative List and the capital rules, then give you the structure that fits — with the citation.
"When can I actually start invoicing?"
After a specific sequence. SEC or DTI, then BIR and official receipts, then the LGU permit. We give you the order, the dependencies and where the wait usually is.
"What does one employee really cost me?"
Salary plus the employer's statutory share. Computed on contribution tables verified at the source that month, not from a blog post.

Wherever you are

You don't need to be in Manila to start.

Most of our foreign-founded clients begin from their home country. Some are individuals choosing the Philippines for the next chapter, or Filipinos abroad with money and family in two places.

Foreign ownership, answered first

Which activities are open to 100% foreign equity, which are restricted, and what minimum capital means for you — before you commit to a structure.

Remote onboarding

One document checklist, apostille guidance, and a registered Makati address so the file moves while you are still abroad. We tell you the few steps that need you here.

Retiring here: SRRV

The Philippine Retirement Authority's visa for indefinite stay. We check eligibility, prepare the application and sequence the deposit — you keep your own accounts.

Cross-border financial planning

Holistic wealth planning with Astra Worldwide for expats, international entrepreneurs and Filipino families with interests in more than one country: investments, retirement, protection, estate and education planning, and global mobility.

How it works

Three steps, and a standard we don't bend.

1Book a discovery call

Thirty minutes. Your nationality, what you'll sell, whether you'll hire. You leave with the sequence and a quote on scope.

2Send your documents

One checklist, one secure channel. We tell you what needs apostille, what you can sign remotely, and what waits until you land.

3We run the sequence

Registrations, visas and first filings in order, each with its source and date. You sign; the CPA submits; your credentials stay yours.

Sourced

We name the law, circular or agency rule each recommendation rests on. Press and forums are leads, never citations.

Dated

Every rate, threshold and deadline shows the day we last checked it. Contribution tables are re-verified the week they change.

Labelled

Anything not yet confirmed is marked to verify — never a guess dressed as advice. Every recommendation states its strongest objection.

Proposed by our team. Verified by the CPA. Settled by the source.

About POC

Founder‑led, CPA‑run, built in Makati.

POC Management Consultancy was founded by Precious Ordillas Clavo, CPA, out of a simple necessity: entrepreneurs needed one accountable professional to take them from "I want to operate in the Philippines" to a running, compliant business — and stay with them afterwards.

We began with registration, accounting and tax. Today the practice serves Filipino and international clients across eight services, with a team that grows its people as deliberately as its client list.

Your vision, our mission.
