Privacy notice

POC Management Consultancy ("POC", "we") is a CPA-led consultancy at UG-06, Cityland Herrera Tower, V.A. Rufino St. cor. Valero St., Salcedo Village, Makati City, Philippines. We process personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission. This notice explains what we collect on this website, why, and what your rights are.
What we collect and why

Who processes it for us
We use Netlify (hosting and form handling), Google Workspace (email and calendar), Calendly (scheduling), PayPal (payments) and, when enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics. Each acts under its own privacy terms and, where applicable, standard contractual safeguards. Some of these providers store data outside the Philippines. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after twelve months. Booking, payment and NDA records are kept for the period required by Philippine tax and professional-record rules, currently ten years from the end of the relevant year, because they support invoices and professional working papers. Analytics data is aggregated and holds nothing that identifies you. Job applications, including résumés and test answers, are kept for six months from the date of application and then deleted, unless you are hired, in which case they move to your personnel file. You may ask us to delete them earlier at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to rectification, to erasure or blocking, to damages, and to data portability, as set out in the Data Privacy Act. To exercise any of them, email contact@pocmanagementconsultancy.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We respond within fifteen business days. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are encrypted in transit and held in Netlify's form store, which only POC's founder can access. Client files are kept in POC's Google Workspace with two-step verification. Our CPA guardrail applies to all client work: no tool or assistant is given access to your government portal logins, tax identification numbers or credentials, and no filing is submitted without a licensed CPA's review.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any change to this notice on this page with a new date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated notice.
